The challenge

No central dashboard for teachers and admins to run the platform

As WordRig grew, teachers and platform administrators had no dedicated tool to manage courses, monitor learners, or handle daily operations. Running the platform meant switching between disconnected tools, making it hard to onboard new courses or catch learners who needed extra support.

What we did

A role-based admin and teacher dashboard for day-to-day operations

We designed and built a dedicated dashboard for WordRig with separate sign-in experiences for admins and teachers. Admins get full oversight of courses, learners, and platform operations, while teachers get a focused view of their own classes and student progress.

  • Separate admin and teacher dashboards
  • Centralized course and content management
  • Learner progress tracking in one place
  • Secure, role-based sign-in
The results

One dashboard to manage courses, learners, and operations

The new dashboard gives WordRig's team a single, secure place to run the platform, replacing scattered tools with role-based access built around how admins and teachers actually work.
